HUVOS Terms of Service
This launch-ready terms page provides the structure for HUVOS SaaS terms. Final commercial terms should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
Use of HUVOS
Customers receive a limited right to use HUVOS under the applicable subscription plan and must use the platform lawfully and in accordance with account permissions.
Customer data
Customers retain rights in their data and are responsible for the data, permissions, and third-party systems they connect to HUVOS.
AI functionality
AI outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before consequential decisions or external actions. HUVOS does not authorize actions beyond the user's permissions.
Billing
Paid plans renew according to the selected billing interval until canceled. Taxes, refunds, trials, and plan changes follow the applicable order and Stripe billing configuration.
Security
Customers are responsible for safeguarding credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. HUVOS may suspend access to protect the service or other customers.
Availability and changes
The service may evolve over time. Material plan or contractual changes will be handled according to applicable agreements and law.
